Out Alfredo sauce is made with Parmigiano Reggiano D.O.P. from the Emilia Romagna region of Northern Italy. Our Creamy Portobello mushroom sauce is cooked in our kitchen from a traditional recipe of Mr. Giovanni Rana. Our mushrooms are sauteed with onion, garlic and white wine. Our Marinara sauce is both light and fresh tasting, made with a zesty blend of spices and cherry tomato halves.
